These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”, “you”, or “your”) and Mavis Executions Private Limited (“Mavis”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of Mavis’s interior design, turnkey solutions, and related services.

1. Introduction

1.1 Overview

Mavis Executions Pvt. Ltd. is a premium home interior and project execution company. These Terms apply to all services provided through consultations, on-site execution, or any digital/physical communication. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any referenced documents.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

Use of our services implies your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue service engagement.

1.3 Modification of Terms

Mavis may update these Terms from time to time. Continued usage after changes constitutes acceptance. Users are advised to review periodically.

2. Definitions

• “User” / “Client”: Any individual or legal entity engaging with Mavis Executions’ services.

   

• “Services”: All design consultations, turnkey execution, material sourcing, vendor coordination, and post-installation support.

   

• “Account”: Any profile or data created or maintained on behalf of the client during a project.

   

• “Payment”: Agreed monetary compensation for services.

   

• “Terms”: This document and its subsequent versions.

   

• “Personal Data”: Information provided by the client for project communication, billing, or service delivery.

   

• “Site”: The physical location where Mavis executes interior or related work.

   

• “Force Majeure”: External circumstances beyond control, such as floods, strikes, or government restrictions.

   

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legal agreements.

   

• An authorized representative, in the case of businesses or organizations.

   

4. Project Execution and Site Access

• The Client must provide unrestricted access to the project site and ensure a safe working environment.

   

• Delays due to site inaccessibility or unsafe conditions will not be Mavis’s liability.

   

• All personal valuables, cash, or high-value items should be removed before project execution.
  
  
  Mavis Executions shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to any personal or valuable belongings during execution or site visits.
  

   

5. Payment Terms

• All payments will follow the project milestone structure as shared in the official quotation or agreement.

   

• Late payments may attract delays or service hold.

   

• Final settlement must be completed before project handover unless specified otherwise.

   

6. Intellectual Property

• All design drafts, 3D renders, and layouts remain the intellectual property of Mavis Executions unless explicitly transferred.

   

• Unauthorized sharing, copying, or commercial use is prohibited.

   

7. Modifications and Delays

• Any Client-initiated changes post-approval may lead to additional costs or revised timelines.

   

• Mavis is not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, regulatory approvals, material shortages, or Force Majeure events.

   

8. Limited Warranty

• Mavis assures quality in workmanship and materials provided through its vendors.

   

• Any warranties on products/materials will be passed on as per the manufacturer/supplier terms.

   

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable cause and notice.

   

• Fees for completed work will remain due, and non-refundable in case of Client-initiated cancellation without valid cause.

   

10. Limitation of Liability

• Mavis Executions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

   

• Liability, if any, is limited to the amount received for the specific project under dispute.

   

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.

12. Force Majeure

Mavis shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or supplier issues.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with project-specific agreements, constitute the full agreement between the Client and Mavis. Any waiver or modification must be in writing.
