Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which project services from Mavis Executions Private Limited (“Mavis”) may be cancelled or modified.
1. Project Cancellation by Client
A client may request cancellation of a project before or during execution by submitting a written request via email or official communication.
However:
Any work already completed, design services delivered, or materials procured will be chargeable.
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Any advance used for procurement, vendor bookings, or design development may not be refundable.
2. Cancellation Before Project Start
If cancellation is requested before project execution begins:
Design consultation fees and planning charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Administrative or processing costs may be deducted from any advance payment.
3. Cancellation During Execution
If cancellation occurs after work has begun:
Payment for completed work stages will remain payable.
Material procurement costs and vendor commitments will be deducted.
Any balance advance remaining after deductions may be refunded within a reasonable time.
4. Cancellation by Mavis Executions
Mavis reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project in cases including but not limited to:
Non-payment or repeated payment delays
Unsafe or inaccessible work site conditions
Client breach of contractual terms
Force Majeure circumstances
In such cases, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is applicable:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Processing time may take 7–15 business days depending on financial procedures.
6. Project Modifications
Requests to pause, modify, or reschedule project execution may affect project timelines and costs. Revised quotations or timelines may be issued accordingly.
